Our Nurseries
The aim of all our nurseries is to provide a stimulating and welcoming environment for the children in it's care, designed to develop the social, emotional, physical and intellectual skills of the child through active learning.
Staff
The nursery is run on a day to day basis by the nursery manager. The manager is supported by an area manager who visits the nursery regularly. Each manager holds a minimum qualification for this position with most having done additional training in management or a degree in childcare. Each manager has undergone a suitable person interview with Ofsted.
Each room is run by a qualified member of staff with either N.N.E.B. or N.V.Q. level 3 in child care. Each member of staff also has a First Aid Certificate. The manager and deputy manager hold a 4 day First Aid at Work qualification. The manager is responsible for Health and Safety.
