Managing Children's Behaviour
Toad Hall Nursery uses a number of strategies to manage children's behaviour according to the child's individual needs and specific requirements. Parents are fully involved in any management plan and staff will not implement any changes without prior consultation unless in an emergency situation where health and safety is at risk.
