About Toad Hall Nursery Walton-on-Thames
Our nursery is conveniently located in the heart of Walton-on-Thames, just a short walk from the train station. Our bright and airy rooms lead to gardens designed specifically for each age group, featuring a nursery allotment, mud kitchen, and outdoor learning area - perfect for all weather conditions.
We’re proud to offer a dedicated Communication Room, where we lead both individual and small group sessions focused on developing each child's speech, language, and social skills.
To enrich our curriculum further, we also provide specialist-led rugby and music classes, helping to nurture children’s physical coordination, social interaction, and cognitive development through play and rhythm.

Contact JacquiHello, my name is Jacqui.
I have been working in day nurseries since 1995 after qualifying as an NNEB nursery nurse, giving me over 30 years of experience in the sector, including 28 years in management roles. In 2013, I completed my BA (Hons) in Education & Childcare, following a Foundation Degree in Management & Leadership in Early Years.
Throughout my career, I have continually updated my training in areas such as First Aid, Mental Health First Aid, Food Hygiene, and Safeguarding. I have previously been a Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL) and will also be the named DSL here at Toad Hall.
My vision is to provide outstanding quality childcare and education in an inclusive, safe, and stimulating environment. I strongly believe staff are the biggest asset any nursery can have, and I am passionate about supporting and valuing each team member so they can create exceptional learning opportunities and give children the very best start.
Having my own children (now grown and independent) attend Nursery, I understand the needs of parents and believe that forming strong relationships with families enhances every child’s Nursery experience.
I can’t wait to get to know you all, hear your ideas, and plan our vision together.
