Good nutrition in early years starts with great healthy eating menus and we have also compiled a useful blog on meals for toddlers for parents who wish to get creative with providing healthy meals at home and also a blog on cooking with children including some healthy recipe ideas and advice on how to engage with your children through cooking together. For more recipe inspiration take a look at our Parent Recipe booklet. We have hard copies of these in all our nurseries, so just ask one of the nursery staff at your child’s nursery if you would like a copy or drop us a line and we’ll get one sent out to you.
We are passionate about good nutrition in early years and that’s why our Cook and Grow initiative teaches children about where food comes from, how to care for plants to make them grow, what makes a healthy diet and how to make healthy choices.
