A childcare centre where parents and carers come together

At Toad Hall Nursery, we believe that parental involvement in nurseries is critical. Our staff go the extra mile to work together with parents and carers to create a true childcare partnership which is dedicated to achieving the best for your child. We work closely with you to understand your child and tailor our approach to meet their individual needs.

We believe that parental involvement benefits children greatly which is why we conduct fun activities like Mother and Father’s Day breakfast. We have an open door policy and host parent/carer forums where you will be able to give your feedback on every aspect of our childcare centre and participate in planning various activities.

A nursery that is centred on your child’s needs

You will be glad to know that each of our children has a dedicated key person who will be your one point of contact for the day-to-day needs and progress of your child. Your child’s key person will take the time to learn the likes and dislikes of your little one to help them settle in and enjoy their time at our nursery. You will find that we offer a range of provisions like outdoor play areas, sports, gymnastics and language classes at our care centre for the all-round development of your child. To ensure that our centre is the right choice for your child, our staff will discuss your specific childcare needs with you in detail. We take a keen interest in the enrolment process to enable a smooth transition for your child and you.

We know that early years’ education can be expensive. At Toad Hall Nursery, we offer special discounts across all our locations. Our team also works closely with the Family and Childcare Trust to provide funding for eligible individuals. If you need more information on our childcare funding, don’t hesitate to contact our staff.

What our parents say

Amanda Howard - parent from Ottershaw
"My daughter started Toad Hall Nursery, Ottershaw, after being at a previous nursery for a long time. I was worried as she does not like change. On her first week she was reluctant to leave me. All the staff members made her feel safe and welcome. Now she goes straight in and kisses me goodbye without a thought.  I would like to thank all the staff at Toad Hall Nursery for making this transition easy for her and all the hard work that they put in."
