When you start with us, you will receive 28 days of paid annual leave (inclusive of bank and public holidays) which increases with each complete year of service, up to a maximum of 33 days’ holiday. You can also opt to purchase up to 5 additional days’ leave each year. Our staff receive a loyalty bonus at 5, 10, 15 and 20 years’ service.

This discount is applied first and any subsequent discounts will apply to the already discounted chargeable hours. We offer a 5% discount for NHS, armed forces, police and emergency services staff.
*Permanent staff are entitled to a maximum of 2 discounts - e.g. their 50% discount plus a 25 % family member discount OR their 50 % discount and a 10% family (sibling) discount for example.
In addition, 3 days paid leave when you need time off for dependants and 5 days paid time off in the event of the loss of a loved one.
