The Nursery Room Leader is responsible for the day-to-day management of the Preschool room, ensuring high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS and safeguarding standards. They lead and support room staff, act as a key person, and build strong relationships with children and parents. The role includes embedding nursery initiatives, maintaining compliance with Ofsted requirements, and conducting regular audits to drive continuous improvement.

Full time and part time

Up to £27,622.40 per annum

As Nursery Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality childcare, meeting each child’s individual needs, and ensuring safeguarding standards are upheld. Key duties include implementing the EYFS, acting as a key person, planning and evaluating developmental activities, maintaining communication with parents, and supporting the Room Leader with nursery initiatives and audits.

Up to £13.28 per hour

Supply staff provide flexible support across the nursery, helping to deliver high-quality care in line with the EYFS. Responsibilities include supporting daily routines, engaging in play and learning, and ensuring a safe, nurturing environment. 

Full time and fixed term

£15,808.00 per annum
