With overall responsibility for the running of the nursery, you will have experience in recruiting and managing staff, promote and market the nursery to achieve occupancy targets, take responsibility for the nursery’s budget and be in charge of building maintenance. 

As an experienced Nursery Manager, you will also build and maintain excellent relationships with the children in your care and their parents, taking an active role in ensuring that nursery life is safe, stimulating and compliant with EYFS, Ofsted and safeguarding requirements.

The Team Leader is responsible for the day-to-day running of the rooms comprising their team and as a member of the Nursery Management Team, supporting the management team in leading the setting to ensure that high quality childcare is provided to all.

The Nursery Room Leader is responsible for the day-to-day management, ensuring high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS and safeguarding standards. They lead and support room staff, act as a key person, and build strong relationships with children and parents. The role includes embedding nursery initiatives, maintaining compliance with Ofsted requirements, and conducting regular audits to drive continuous improvement.

As Nursery Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality childcare, meeting each child’s individual needs, and ensuring safeguarding standards are upheld. Key duties include implementing the EYFS, acting as a key person, planning and evaluating developmental activities, maintaining communication with parents, and supporting the Room Leader with nursery initiatives and audits.

Up to £13.28 per hour

Supply staff provide flexible support across the nursery, helping to deliver high-quality care in line with the EYFS. Responsibilities include supporting daily routines, engaging in play and learning, and ensuring a safe, nurturing environment.
