We are currently looking for someone with proven leadership skills to join our team as an Assistant Nursery Manager in Crawley, which opened in August 2024. 

This position would suit someone with excellent people and organisational skills who is looking for an exciting role in a great nursery. Working alongside the Nursery Manager on all aspects of running the nursery, the successful candidate will have an understanding of marketing and managing occupancy, along with an excellent understanding of the EYFS and the impact this has on quality in the nursery.

Full time and part time

Up to £28,350.40 per annum

As Nursery Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality childcare, meeting each child’s individual needs, and ensuring safeguarding standards are upheld. Key duties include implementing the EYFS, acting as a key person, planning and evaluating developmental activities, maintaining communication with parents, and supporting the Room Leader with nursery initiatives and audits.

Full time and fixed term

£15,808.00 per annum

As a Modern Apprentice, you’ll gain hands-on experience alongside our skilled childcare professionals, supporting children’s development, daily routines, and creating a safe, fun learning environment.
