About Toad Hall Nursery Berkhamsted

Located just a short walk from the town centre and close to local amenities, our purpose-built nursery offers a warm, welcoming environment. Each room features free-flow access to its own dedicated outdoor area, encouraging play throughout the day.


Our well-rounded curriculum includes weekly Forest School sessions for preschool children—providing hands-on learning experiences in a natural setting.

    Hello, I’m Alicia the Nursery  Manager at Toad Hall Berkhamsted. I have over 21 years of childcare experience. I hold a BA Hons in Early Childhood Studies.


    I lead a great team at Berkhamsted, in which we provide and offer a natural home-from-home environment for all of the children in our care.


    I am a passionate Manager and thrive to support my team with their personal development and the quality care they provide for the children.


    Our nursery has amazing spaces to discover and explore both indoors and out.
