The Nursery Room Leader is responsible for the day-to-day management, ensuring high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS and safeguarding standards. They lead and support room staff, act as a key person, and build strong relationships with children and parents. The role includes embedding nursery initiatives, maintaining compliance with Ofsted requirements, and conducting regular audits to drive continuous improvement.

As Nursery Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality childcare, meeting each child’s individual needs, and ensuring safeguarding standards are upheld. Key duties include implementing the EYFS, acting as a key person, planning and evaluating developmental activities, maintaining communication with parents, and supporting the Room Leader with nursery initiatives and audits.
